The residence comprises the main building, measuring about 150 sq.m., the front and back yards, a garage, a BBQ and 2 patios, and other storage areas.

The main building, measuring about 150 sq.m., is divided into 2 levels:
The first floor is comprised of the living areas, with a sitting area, a dining area, a kitchen and a guest bathroom. In addition there is a big covered porch with ample view to the Saronic Gulf and the surrounding countryside.
In the ground floor, are the sleeping areas: a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, two more bedrooms with a queen-sized and 2 single beds respectively, the ground floor main bathroom, and acommon area with a sofa-bed, a kitchenette and other amenities. Another covered porch is situated in front of the rooms, perfect for day- and night-gatherings.
The Local Area
Lagonisi is a seaside residential area in the southern part of Kalyvia Thorikou in East Attica. It is situated close to the shore and on a peninsula by the Saronic Gulf. Lagonisi is located approximately 30 km southeast of Athens and 35 km northwest of Cape Sounio. It is part of Athens metropolitan area.
Being filled with luxury homes, beaches as well as 5-star hotels, that lie within the vicinity, it is one of the most expensive areas in Attica Prefecture.
Restaurant facilities, cafeterias and bars are located mainly at the heart of Lagonissi, close to Kalyvion Avenue (the road connecting Lagonisi with Kalyvia Thorikou).
